In terms of the note links: how are you getting and passing the public URL to IFTTT? A note's private URL is available via the "Copy Note Link" context menu option, but I'm not sure how you'd get that to IFTTT. Notebooks don't have URLs, and Evernote client applications don't have the capability to jump to and display the contents of a particular notebook.
